Are There Classes in American Sign Language for Kids Under 10 in North Hollywood or Within 15 Miles Of?

My 7 year old cousin is very interested in continuing her learning of american sign language. I would like to encourage that but not with a software program. So, I would like to find classes for her where a teacher would be able to give her the guidance & experience she needs.
