A year ago, CPS took my kids and ask my parents take over my kids for temp until we were worked it out together, My mom still an addict alochol since I was kid. My husband did very good take care of my kids and took camping family time. That's happened My husband bought new cute house and I was emotional and aniexty housewife, had hard time myself. I had to seek mental dr and probation. We were happy to get our kids back then 2 months later, My son want to fight on him and my son had little knife to my husband. My husband told him back off and don't fight with me. Who is boss of house?.. My daughter talk back us. It's not right.. That's happened my daughter call COPS because my son was played football game and he is tough kid. Gee, I dont know myself, We love them very much. My dad and I never had good along together because he dont want to communcation with sign language. it's not point about my English sentence. I love my dad but why my dad turn against me? of course, I am deaf .
My kids are hearing.. and My son want to fight with my husband and he had knife to my husband because.......... my son did started to fight with my husband because my husband and I talked with my daughter about not shower yet then my daughter stand us and talk back with me. My dad didn't like to communcation with me with ASL. I had hard time to taught with my dad, I thought he want to learn to sign language but he won't do that. Then he want depend my stepmom knew ASL but. my prefer me and my dad talk communcation. Why my dad want to sue me? and my dad let my real mom visited with my kids sometime weekend. I dont want my kids see my mom become an acholic..
Why my dad did hurt my feeling? it's not right for my dad get custody of my kids. Why my dad always bad mouth with me all the time? huh? My dad and my stepmom called me unfit mom. They never visited with me and my little kids, when I lived with my late boyfriend when we had first son. My dad hates my late boyfriend. My dad never visit and not call for my kids around. Why it is bother? I dont want my kids feeling about it. Now my daddy turn kids against me. serious.. I already calm down and hurt my feeling and my kids didn't live with almost 2 years. How I feel about without my kids with my tummy? I really love them and I did raised my kids all my life. Oh My real stupid mom called CPS and CPS checked our house and mom said that we abused our kids.. We never abused our kids all my life.. that why CPS took our kids.. My mom loved to ruin other's lives and she is drunk.
CPS already closed our case last April 2007. My dad asked me give me permission to give him full custody.. I said No way, I want my kids back soon possible but He went to his lawyer and serve paperwork to me. I can't afford shitty lawyer.. what did i do? did I am unfit mother or not good deaf mom? what if you have deaf wife? what did you do? If her parents didn't communcation with her? hmmmm.. if her parent trying to get her kids away from her? what did she do?

Get an attorney to help you get the kids back.
Put the kids in counseling and start family counseling as well.
Take parenting classes.
Put your son in anger mgmt classes as well.
Express to your parents that you love them, that you are grateful that they helped when you needed them to care for the kids, but now you need to raise your own kids now.
After they see that things are going better they will back off.
