two ways…
1) There is a single handsign for I LOVE YOU…make the Loser L sign and stick out your pinky finger (two middle fingers held down)…a combination of the letters L and Y
2) There is another sign for "love" and "you"…"love" is crossing your arms in a X hug in front of you, then pointing with your right index finger to "you" in front of you.
