He Would Sometimes Call Me a kid.bad Sign?

if others used bad language around me he'd say don't say that in front of her she's just a kid. Not all of the time but a few times. Then other times he made stuff up about me and him having sex and there was a bit of sexual innuendo aswell. and he wanted to know who i liked. so why did he call me a kid?
