In the UK there is: Around 200+ registered interpreters. 1 in 7 people have hearing problems. 70,000 rely on sign language to communicate. Also... In Hungry there is only about 25 registered interpreters. Not sure how many deaf? India has about 1 million deaf. But only 2 registered interpreters! Hope this helps your survey.
