How Do I Get Rid of My Destroying Tenents?

my tenents have signed a 1 year contract to rent my apartment
currently i've discovered the'y tore down the bedroom door threw it in the backyard, took hammer and started to bang and destroy the door, while using fowl language, the tenent said "I wont pay the F**ing " rent either, now I (the landowner) have pictures of the apartment with the door and the place intact and crispy clean, the picture is dated so they can't say the place was destroyed before they moved. How can i get rid of them?
