I have a CV that I use for European companies. It's 2 pages long, includes my date of birth, a picture of myself, and information about Education, language skills, professional experience, and other activities. It's signed by hand.
I heard that there is a specific rule when it comes to e.g. portrait pictures and date of birth in the US. Is it allowed to include these things?
What else should I include that I did not mention?

Try to limit it to one page — no pictures — no birth date — no need to sign it. Look at the articles above to narrow your focus.
