Here in the UK one can use one of many 0845 "local rate" numbers (Yahoo's being one of the best) without having to sign up for an account, and just connect anonymously, paying as you go.
If I go to, say France how can I find a similar service ?
Please don't suggest asking at a computer shop, as I don't speak many foreign languages and they probably won't know anyway !!
