I signed up for a sign language class and I want to know if it will hard and if it will be useful after taking the class for things such as job interviews or talking to people who are deaf.
The class is called something like American sign language 1 and there are actually about 4 or 5 classes offered at my college in all to be proficient.

It will be very useful, and it will even help you with a lot of prestige's jobs. I was in an advanced sign language class for two years, and it has helped me ever since, and I really want to be apart of that again. The employers will find it very useful, and find you very interesting. In certain jobs. This will open a whole new door for you in more ways than one. It isn't that difficult, not as hard as learning spanish, or another second language. Trust me you won't regret it.
