I'm having a baby and I want to be able to teach him or her sign language to better communicate with them.
Are there any free programs to learn from...software, etc??
Thank you all so very much! You are all so kind and helpful...I really appreciate it.

http://commtechlab.msu.edu/sites/aslweb/browser.htm is a really good site to check out. You can also look online for books like Baby Signs, etc. that tell you more about signing with an infant and which signs are helpful.
It’s recommended that you use ASL rather than the made up ones because it’s universal and can be helpful in the future. I use ASL with my 19 mo old son and he does really good with the signs I’ve taught him and learns new ones ALL the time. He started doing signs around 6-7 months, but I started showing him signs when he was about 4 months old.
Stick to the two portions of fruits and five portions of vegetables daily to offer you that fiber fitness. End unhealthy nibbling. Take your attention off food by doing stuff like exercising, walking or doing something that you enjoy.
