raising the minimum daily wage would do much to create a new level of equivalency, the JVP needs to consider the root cause of their struggle and realize that overnight change is not possible for any nation but a spirit of cooperation with government instead of making a stance against government and utilizing different methodology than that in the past to gain further inclusion. Instead of being a polarizing force consider a change of spectrum from red to green/yellow.

If you don't believe that I am looking at the from your perspective, you are wrong. But it is also important that you try and see it from my perspective which is that we give additional exposure and opportunities to students in a manner where the greatest numbers have the most opportunity to find a medium instead of polarities. We need to recruit better jobs for more people and it must be in an inclusive manner-this is another reason that I feel the most crucial development of this 30+ year war is English and IT. The lack of educational will as well as resources must be overcome. There is no point in putting resources into people that don't have the educational will. That will has to extend perspective and things like culture clash over teaching philosophies must end. Many of the students in school are in their 30's and it is appropriate to expect a higher level of maturity from grown adults. I do not consider 40 year olds as youth. I read an article today of a group that was developing a blood suction cup to ward infections but they cannot source the items they need. Without appearing completely capitalistic I would still want to know is it cheaper to buy it assembled or to fabricate at home with purchased components. There are other things like the cost/benefit ratio of a retread to the manufacture of a new tire. I see a big gap between production and management in Sri Lanka where people can work on production lines or do front or back office management but they cannot source the mechanism of manufacture. There are some of you who care about the historical, cultural and anthropological significance of our island and others that don't give a damn and there is such a level of impunity that prior to talking to the world you need to develop a new social contract. There is no skipping the steps and when it is known that doctors won't treat their own citizens for political reasons, that multilingualism is being used as a method of segregation and isolation because of political philosophies, that religion has finally reached a level of tolerance and that we are less busy or inclined to act out violently on each other for political differences an arch develops of where we need progress and where we have shown progress.
I felt that as most of these articles are there was a load of political innuendo that did not eminate from the JVP but the UNP. For it was very clear from past articles that the Ranil/Mahinda group opportunity was exactly that for 2 minutes later it was back to the same old ploys by the Ranil UNP. This total avarice to having a link language to me is a sign that there are major issues of inequality that are not being addressed for whether you are in a tourist market, an educational forum, a work group or many other instances. I believe that you are doing very well for being 3 weeks out of a 30+ year war but before you go running this way or that you must reflect on what you must do as individuals and a society first to maintain peace, second to overcome the levels of gamesmanship that you have accepted upon yourselves, third to find a common ground and in Sri Lanka that is based on you being Sri Lankans. You must have the maturity to admit that if you rather live elsewhere than Sri Lanka that government has never stopped you from departing and you must also admit that if you want to stay on the island that you have to follow the laws of the island. Our geographical form makes us different from continental masses and island lifestyle is in many ways dictated by that. You must also know that it is not okay to go to another place and cause agitation there and those of you that have and continue to do so are going to be found unwelcome in many places. You are like a group that was held behind at classes as what you are showing to the world this year everyone else saw last year and the year before - there is no charm in it. Many in the world are wondering if we know what month we are in by the kind of disaster, event or mass societal undoing that takes place. Without thinking about remaking society on Sri Lanka let us concentrate on being better, more honest and thankful people. I know that every day I thank God that you peoples at home are alive and I do mean ALL of you and not just ones in IDP camps. I thank God that our spiritual expression has not gone so out of whack that we cannot coexist, I am concerned that you are n
