IF you want the full story/history read my other posts, I think they R under Cancer Men or something. Anyway, long story short.There is a guy in a band that I go & see every 3 mo or so. I think there is some definate signs of attraction or interest. Straight on full eye contact 4 more than the "normal" time, Lots of smiling & looks. I also know how 2 read some body language, & those signs seem 2 indicate interest. Anyway,he has come over a sat down once & chated with me, until this last time. He sat with me on his last break for a little while. We chatted, and then he had 2 go back up & play. Now this is the odd thing. At the end of the night, he came over 2 me, & when I stood up he had his arms out coming towards me 4 a hug. At the same time he replied, yeah I'm a little sweaty, I told him it was fine, I was too. He them told me 2 be careful & drive safe & that he would see me again, & I think he said real soon. So do you think this was being nice, or maybe a signal of more?
Some of you may ask what kind of hug it was, I truely can't remember, I really didn't remember much of it as I was in total shock, and couldn't comprehend what as happening. I do know that he had his arms around me about mid back. And I think it lasted maybe4-5 seconds.

It shouldn't be just being nice, because you didn't ask for a hug. It could be that he's being a friend. Different people do different things, often without thinking deeply about them.
My best guess is that he was happy to see you. People have different moods and he had a good evening.
