I signed up for AP language and composition a couple weeks ago.. but now I am getting cold feet. I'm not sure if I should take it.
I had honors english classes both my freshman and sophomore year, and I do alright in them. I know in a regular english class I'll probably do better than my peers (especially when it comes to essays) and possibly have a higher grade.
Next year, I'll be a junior. I am taking French III, AP US History, and Honors Alg II.. so I already have a heavy workload coming up.
Also, I have a job and I work a couple nights a week.. As for clubs, I may have a few. So i might not have a lot of time for homework!
What's your opinion - should I take it? I do have time to drop this class.
For those who have taken it before, how difficult was it?
Which would be better for college...an A in a regular class or B/C in an AP class? (and say..a 3 on the exam!)
Thanks ![]()
**AP European History exam tomorrow.. wish me luck!**

for sure an ap class is seen as much better. if you dont take ap language, colleges will think you couldn't handle the workload of honors.
