as my senior project i decide to learn sign language & teach little kids. my problem is i don’t know how to start out my thesis. the only thing i can think about sign language is communication and psychology but i don’t know to tie it into my thesis. there is nothing major or broad about sign language that i can look up or talk about .

Children often can’t communicate with words as well as adults. Small children who learn basic sign language can sometimes express themselves better this way, so it can be a really useful tool in their development.
You could try researching the effects of learning sign language on children’s development. Would that be a good starting point for your paper?
