I don't get it what make time change so fast?
In 1700's Hearing people said deaf people are unable to learn.
In 1800's Hearing people said deaf people are retarded.
In 1900's Hearing people said deaf people are dumb because they get confused with 'Deaf and dumb' but which mean they can't hear and speak.
So, I am deaf and I am actually typing to you.
So, my question is about 400 years in history of deaf culture and now then more and more hearing people are interesting in learning Sign Language. My point is now they are not like in old time , why does this has changed so fast from 400 years ago?
And if million people want to learn more about deaf people or want to learn Sign Language, but why are some deaf people have hard time to get a job if they didn't get a good job?
I don't get it!
Can anyone of you explain this to me?
Help me to understand this.
