as my senior project i decide to learn sign language & teach little kids. my problem is i don't know how to start out my thesis. the only thing i can think about sign language is communication and psychology but i don't know to tie it into my thesis. there is nothing major or broad about sign language that i can look up or talk about .

why don’t you check psychological theories of non verbal communication (social psychology). that should help you.
