Okay, is there swear words in sign language? Besides "the finger". Also is sign language different in different countries? Like can a deaf person in the U.S. understand a deaf person from China?

The answers to both all of your questions are: yes, in a way.
1.Actually, "the finger" is NOT sign language. Yes, there are expletives in sign language, just as in any language (keep in mind ASL, or any sign language, is a completely separate language from English).
2.There are many different forms of sign language. In the US, the most common is ASL (or American Sign Language). Many countries have their own signed languages. There are similarities between signs in most of them, however. Signs represent concepts, not specific English words, so very often deaf people from different cultures CAN communicate, even if they speak different signed languages. There are definitely cultural and regional differences, though (think of the differences between English in the States and English in the UK and you’ll see my point).
