if you go to youtube.com and type in I knew I loved you- Celine and Rene and you go to 0:02-0:22 what there doing with there fingers is it sign language or what whats it mean? and is i love you in sign language where u touch you eye cross your arms over you chest them point to the person you talking to?

I love you is said by touching the forehead to the heart and pointing. The first sign seems to be some personal communication. Not an official sign to mean anything universal
