My friend and I are trying to learn a secret language ,but we've already tried latin ,sign language and esperanto.All of them have been too time consuming and there are too many grammer specifics.(is there something like pigeon ,but not too the same?)

If you're looking for spoken languages, you're not going to find one that is easy to learn and hard to identify by outside parties. Other than pig latin or it's ilk. If you need a spoken language you could try converting common phrases to to something else. For example…."Let's goto the mall"…could be some other word, and you could have a list of say 20 or 30 common phrases translated to other words but, it would be limited. If you all you need is a written language for texting or email, you could turn the letters in a word into number, like 1=a, 2=b, 3=c, etc….
