I want to learn asl but I can enroll in an online college courses because I'm still in high school so please help me figure out how I can learn asl.

There are some excellent ASL dictionaries and books. Idiot's Guide actually has a really good book and I think it comes with a DVD too. If your community or county college has non-credit courses for ASL, you can take those even if you haven't applied to the school or graduated high school.
