I checked online,and I can't seem to find a single place, except online sites and videos. I have reviewed them all, and would like to learn more sign language. I live in New Jersey and my local community college does not offer a course in sign. Any suggestions?

Try searching something like “sign language instruction nj” – community colleges aren’t the only places that offer courses.
Check the Yellow Pages -seriously. Here there’s a category of Deaf Services.
Check with your local library to see if they have any videos/DVDs on sign language.
If there is a school for the deaf nearby, see if they offer community classes.
Contact the courts or special ed department of the local school system to see if there is a sign language interpreter. If so, either see if the interpreter is willing to tutor you (for a fee) or offer suggestions on other local resources.
I’ve been able to find some great books on signing at bigger bookstores. You might be able to special order them at smaller bookstores or online.
Churches also may have a deaf interpreter for services.
